Gale Sayers was a 2-time All-America at Kansas, named NFL Rookie of Year (1965) and 5-time All-Pro with Chicago. He scored a then-record 22 TDs in rookie year and led NFC in rushing twice (1966,69). He was elected to the Hall of Fame in 1977.
